Senior Program Manager, SAFe

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Program Manager, SAFe based in the United States. In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional programs that translate strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.

You will collaborate with business and technology leaders to align teams, streamline delivery, and improve visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies. By leveraging Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies, you will help the organization evolve toward more scalable, efficient, and value-driven ways of working.

You will also champion Operational Value Streams, strengthen collaboration across teams, and address systemic challenges that affect delivery performance.
