What You’ll Do Set up and operate adhesive coating machines Adjust speed, temperature, and adhesive flow Load materials, take samples, and check quality Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production running Work safely with a team in a clean environment What We’re Looking For Mechanical aptitude and hands‑on mindset Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable, team‑oriented, and eager to learn Comfortable with physical work and being active Pay & Benefits $23 - $24.
