Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality exterior remodeling projects, including installations and repairs of siding.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise. Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a siding installer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of siding materials and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Requirements

3+ year of experience in construction or exterior remodeling is required. Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Must be able to safely work with sharp tools or power equipment. Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains. Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination.
