Maintenance Technician Entry-Level Candidates Welcome! Golden Years Homestead is looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to help with the day-to-day upkeep of our senior living community.

If you have some hands-on experience, enjoy fixing things, or are interested in learning maintenance and building trades, this could be a good opportunity to get started. Previous maintenance experience is helpful, but we�re willing to train the right person. What You�ll Do Your day-to-day work may include: Completing maintenance requests and work orders Handling basic repairs and general building upkeep Painting and touch-up projects Floor care and other facility maintenance Helping with landscaping and seasonal outdoor work Keeping maintenance supplies, tools and equipment organized Following safety procedures and keeping work areas safe You�ll work as part of a team to help make sure residents and staff have a safe, clean and well-maintained community.

What You Need High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Reliable and willing to learn Ability to perform hands-on maintenance and outdoor tasks Maintenance, construction, landscaping or skilled-trade experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Monday�Friday, daytime hours The position also includes rotating on-call evening and weekend coverage.
