Business Banking Team Lead

POSITION SUMMARY

Manage and cultivate relationships with business banking clients through proactive calling efforts.  Assist in leading a team of business banking professionals to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Provide guidance and support to team members, develop and implement business banking strategies, and foster relationships with business clients and partners. Lead by example, promote a positive work environment, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Present a variety of product solutions to meet client needs.  Manage overall relationship profitability and portfolio risk. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead team in acquisition of operating businesses, loan, deposit, and non-interest income products.
