Director, Development - Affordable Housing

The Director, Development leads the planning, financing, execution, and delivery of affordable housing, mixed-use, senior living, and community development projects. This position oversees multiple development projects throughout the full development lifecycle, provides leadership to development staff, manages complex financing and regulatory requirements, and serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership.

The Development Director collaborates with internal departments, development partners, consultants, lenders, investors, governmental agencies, and community stakeholders to successfully deliver projects that support Human. Good's mission, growth strategy, and long-term portfolio objectives.
