Junior Business Customers Service Specialist

We are Hiring Junior Business Customers Service Specialist. Communicate with business customers and provide timely responses to their inquiries. Assist business customers with delivery-related questions, shipment tracking, orders, and service requests. Monitor customer requests and coordinate their resolution with relevant internal departments.

Maintain accurate customer information and update records in the company's internal systems. Follow up on pending requests to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Identify customer needs and provide clear information about the company's services and procedures. Escalate complex cases to the relevant team members or supervisor when necessary.

Support the team in maintaining positive, long-term relationships with business customers. Prepare basic reports and maintain records of customer interactions when required.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Languages: Armenian, Russian and English, Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to help others. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines. Basic computer skills and confidence in working with digital tools.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
