What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in keeping our warehouse operations running efficiently and ensuring customer orders are handled accurately and safely.

Key Responsibilities

Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks, including company, customer, and supplier vehicles. Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials in designated warehouse locations. Pick, pull, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Verify incoming shipments against receiving documents and report discrepancies.

Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock levels. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, shipping documents, and order paperwork. Strong attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment. Willingness and ability to complete company forklift training and pass the required operator evaluation.

Dependability, a positive attitude, and a commitment to workplace safety. Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, order picking, or forklift experience preferred.
