Before and After School Site Director

AlphaBEST Education Site Director: Eyestone Elementary School; 4000 Wilson Ave, Wellington, CO 80549 Pay: $20.50-$25.00/hr (based on experience) Hours: Monday-Thursday AM/PM Split shift (6:30 am-8:30 am / 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm) Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Ready to lead with purpose? As an AlphaBEST Site Director , you'll lead a meaningful before and after-school program that helps kids learn, grow, and thrive. In this role, you will: Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation Oversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards Make child safety the top priority at all times Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring training requirements are met Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success Requirements: Must hold a Colorado Shines PDIS Level 2 or higher.

Previous experience in team leadership and/or supervision is preferred. Ability to work in a classroom environment, including regular bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.
