Regional Practice Manager

Encompass Healthcare is looking for a hands-on leader to support daily operations across a multi-site long term care market. This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare leader who enjoys being actively involved in team support, provider scheduling, relationship building, and operational follow-through. What You’ll Do Directly support and supervise providers within your assigned market Manage provider schedules and facility coordination Interview, and evaluate team members Maintain strong relationships with facility partners Monitor budget performance and key operational metrics Ensure compliance with long term care regulations and reimbursement requirements Support steady, responsible growth within your market Travel within the assigned market is required.
