Retail Supervisor

The Retail Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight, coordination, and execution of retail operations at Callaway Resort & Gardens. This role provides hands-on leadership to retail team members, supports inventory control and merchandising standards, and ensures an exceptional guest experience across assigned retail locations.

This position serves as a key operational leader between frontline retail hosts and Senior Manager of Retail, supporting daily store operations, seasonal and festival retail activations, staffing, training, cash handling, inventory accuracy, and operational consistency.
