Treatment Nurse – Full-Time Sundance Post Acute Pay: $32–$36 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Full-Time Are you a nurse who takes pride in attention to detail, strong clinical care, and seeing your residents make meaningful progress? Sundance Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Treatment Nurse to join our clinical team.

This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys wound care, skin management, and working closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident-centered care. What You’ll Do Provide wound and skin treatments according to physician orders and established plans of care Perform routine skin assessments and monitor residents for changes in skin condition Complete dressing changes and other ordered treatments Monitor wound healing and communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate clinical team members Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team Educate and support residents, families, and staff regarding skin integrity and treatment plans Promote preventative practices to help maintain resident comfort and skin health Follow infection prevention and safety practices What We’re Looking For Current California nursing license Previous wound care, treatment nursing, skilled nursing, or post-acute experience preferred Strong assessment and documentation skills Excellent attention to detail Dependable, organized, and able to effectively manage treatment schedules Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care Why Join Sundance Post Acute?
