Description Customer Service Representative Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–7:00 PM, and every other Saturday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM Benefits Weekly pay Bonus opportunities Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Health insurance options available Position Overview We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people and takes pride in providing an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

Greet every customer warmly and provide friendly, attentive service. Receive customer garments and accurately enter and prepare orders for the processing facility. Check completed orders when they return from processing and load them onto the conveyor. Handle customer garments carefully and pay close attention to detail.

Communicate positively and professionally with customers and team members. Treat everyone with kindness and respect. Proactively address customer concerns and follow through until each issue is resolved. Perform basic daily computer tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
