Efficio is looking for a commercially minded and hands-on HR Business Partner to support our growing US business.

This is an opportunity to become a trusted adviser to senior leaders, managers and employees, and to turn business priorities into practical, people-focused solutions. You will combine strategic business partnering with hands-on delivery across employee relations, performance, organisational change, employment-law compliance and employee experience.

The role is based in either New York or Chicago. New York-based colleagues are expected in the New York office three days per week. Chicago-based colleagues will travel to the New York office for one week each month.
