Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and implement individualized care plans Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document all care provided Participate in shift hand-offs and collaborate with the healthcare team Supervise and assist care staff in providing ADL support Respond to resident needs, including answering call lights and assisting with mobility Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to safety and infection control protocols Support admissions, transfers, and discharges as required Requirements Current RN license in the state of Ohio Diploma from an accredited nursing program Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
