Job description
Join the Employee Channels, Platforms & AI Utilities Crew as an Product Manager, taking end-to-end ownership of one or more enterprise products or platform capabilities. You will connect business outcomes, user needs and engineering realities across discovery, strategy, design, delivery, launch, adoption, operation and continuous improvement, helping a cross-functional pod deliver measurable value through resilient, secure and sustainable systems.
We’re looking for a Product Manager within Employee Channels, Platforms & AI Utilities Crew (part of GHRCS Products and Innovation) to:
- Managing HR Service, Workflow and Document Management Platforms
- Own and continuously refine the product vision, strategy, roadmap, outcome-focused objectives and transparent backlog in line with crew priorities and stakeholder needs.
- Lead the full product lifecycle: problem discovery, opportunity assessment, requirements, design, delivery, release, adoption, performance monitoring and ongoing enhancement.
- Translate business and user needs into clear epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements; make informed trade-offs across value, feasibility, risk, cost and time.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, design, service management, operations, risk and control teams; drive agile planning and refinement, remove ambiguity and support sustainable delivery flow.
- Use user feedback, operational insights, product metrics and data to validate problems, test solutions, measure outcomes and prioritize investment.
- Own release readiness, including testing, user acceptance, communications, training, adoption and post-release learning; ensure stability, performance, security, maintainability, lifecycle currency, technical debt and controls.
- Identify opportunities to add valuable capabilities, simplify processes, automate manual work, modernize platforms and improve user experience.
- Manage technology vendors and third parties through service and roadmap reviews, commitments, risks, dependencies, commercial or contract inputs, escalations and performance follow-up.
- Communicate direction, priorities, decisions, dependencies, risks and progress clearly; build alignment, challenge constructively, make timely decisions and follow through on outcomes.
