Human Resource Manager - Twin Cities Area

This role provides primary day-to-day HR leadership for Repowered and serves as the HR Business Partner for the MDI Twin Cities locations. You will partner with site leaders to guide, develop, and drive organizational effectiveness while supporting execution of business strategy through alignment of Human Capital initiatives and processes.

A successful candidate will maintain HR compliance, contribute to innovative HR practices, and play a strategic role in ensuring an environment that enables and includes all employees.
