Quality Control Tech

The Quality Control Technician is responsible for ensuring that all operational activities meet established standards of quality and safety. This role involves conducting regular inspections and audits of various airport services, including ground handling, maintenance, and passenger services. The technician is tasked with identifying areas for improvement, recommending corrective actions, and monitoring the implementation of these actions.

The technician is also expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices and to contribute to continuous improvement of service quality.
