Chef De Partie - Banquets

Responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, supervising cooks and food preparation, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. Supports all culinary areas including restaurant and banquet operations while assisting with staff training, kitchen organization, and maintaining efficient service in the absence of the Sous Chef.
