• Work From Office Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Own and deliver features end-to-end, from requirement analysis through production deployment.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Translate business requirements into effective and maintainable technical solutions.
• Participate in technical design, architecture discussions, code reviews, CI/CD, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability through engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive effective root-cause resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical solutions clearly.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices.
• Demonstrate strong ownership and leadership potential, with a path toward a Technical Lead / Engineering Leadership role.

Requirements

• Backend: Strong hands-on experience in Python, with expertise in FastAPI, Flask, and/or Django; REST API development and backend engineering.
• Frontend: Strong hands-on experience with React.js and JavaScript, including modern frontend development and API integration.
• Database: Strong understanding of PostgreSQL/MySQL, database design, SQL, data modeling, indexing, and query optimization.
• Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS and deployment of cloud-based applications.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
• SDLC: Strong understanding of the complete software development lifecycle from requirements, design, development, testing, and code review to deployment and production support.
• Engineering Practices: Experience with code reviews, testing, debugging, API design, production support, and scalable application development.
• Communication: Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
