Executive Administrator, People and Culture Operations Part-Time, 20–25 Hours per Week | On-Site Tuesday–Thursday | Raleigh, North Carolina The Executive Administrator, People and Culture Operations provides high-level administrative support to senior leaders while helping the Raleigh office operate smoothly. This on-site role manages calendars and travel, prepares presentations and expense reports, supports recruiting coordination, assist with onboarding, welcomes visitors, and assists with day-to-day office needs.

Success in this position requires exceptional organization, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities across senior leader support, talent acquisition, talent development, and general office administration. What You’ll Do Senior Leader Support: Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and schedule meetings for senior leaders working from various locations.

People and Culture Support: Prepare, process, and reconcile expense reports for senior leadership accurately and on time; prepare, format, proofread, and edit presentations and supporting materials for leadership meetings, business reviews, and talent development programs; and greet guests and visitors, coordinate arrivals, and provide a professional and welcoming first impression.

Recruiting Support: Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, maintain scheduling details, and provide administrative support throughout the onboarding process. Office Operations and Administrative Support: Help keep the Raleigh office running smoothly by coordinating facility upkeep, managing vendors and supplies, troubleshooting office-related concerns, maintaining the company intranet, and providing broader administrative support.

Partner with the People and Culture team, property management, and vendor partners regarding office operations. Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive business, employee, and leadership information with professionalism, sound judgment, and appropriate confidentiality. Special Projects: Support special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring Three or more years of experience in executive support, administration, or a coordinator role supporting senior leadership. Experience supporting recruiting, human resources, or office operations is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time-management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and balance multiple priorities with accuracy and follow-through.

Proficiency with scheduling and calendar tools, expense management systems, Microsoft PowerPoint, and common office applications. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prepare polished, accurate presentations and business materials. Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.

Reliable availability to work on-site in the Raleigh office Tuesday through Thursday for a total of 20–25 hours per week, with flexibility in the specific daily schedule. Schedule and Work Environment This is a part-time, on-site position based in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role requires on-site availability Tuesday through Thursday for a total of 20–25 hours per week.

The specific daily schedule may be flexible within regular business hours. This position works at the center of office activity and regularly supports senior leaders, candidates, team members, visitors, vendors, meetings, and workplace initiatives. The role requires the ability to shift priorities, respond to time-sensitive needs, and maintain professionalism and discretion in a dynamic office environment.
