Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to remain calm and organised during busy services. A friendly, professional and welcoming personality. Previous hospitality experience is desirable, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are just as important.

Responsibilities

Deliver warm, friendly and attentive service to every guest. Take food and drink orders accurately and confidently. Maintain excellent knowledge of our menus and recommend dishes and drinks. Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Create memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality.
