Contract to Hire Call Center Representative

We are currently seeking Contact to Hire Call Center Representatives to join us for a 3-month temporary assignment, with the potential to become a full or part-time employee. You'll be responsible for servicing members and potential members in a contact center environment via phone calls. You will provide quality service on transactions and problem resolution.

You'll educate members on the benefits of appropriate products or services that align with their financial needs. You will provide basic guidance for online and mobile banking navigation, including payment portal needs, and assist with general knowledge for in-person transactions and branch location options.
