Part-Time Bus Driver

School Bus Driver (Part-Time ONLY Split AM/PM Shift) $22 per hour/$440 per week guaranteed PRIMARY PURPOSE: To operate district multi-function activity bus es in a safe, reliable and efficient manner to meet the needs of the district, the public and the customers served by the district.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certification High School Diploma or GED Must be 21 years or older Special Knowledge/Skills: Meet all state (TEA) qualifications for school bus drivers Maintain a Commercial Driver License- Class A or B with PASSENGER & SCHOOL BUS endorsements REQUIRED Maintain a School Bus Driver Certification Ability to pass a Texas DOT Medical Examination preferred Must have acceptable criminal record and driving record Thorough knowledge of the Texas Pupil transportation laws, rules, and regulations Ability to communicate effectively in speaking, reading, and writing in English Must be available to work the following schedule: Monday

• Friday BETWEEN 6:00 am - 9:00 am BETWEEN 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm This position is a part-time position with a split shift.
