Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Hospice Care**

Location:Coverage areas include Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Salem, Cumberland, Atlantic and Cape May Counties. **

Pay Rate:$36-$38 per hour

Shifts Available:12-hour shifts 8:00-8:00 - Mostly Nights, some Days

Position Overview**

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)to provide high-quality hospice care to patients in home and facility-based settings. This role focuses on comfort, dignity, and emotional support for patients and their families during end-of-life care.

Responsibilities**

Provide direct nursing care to hospice patients in home or facility environments

Monitor patient condition and report changes to the care team

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Offer compassionate emotional support to patients and families

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and hospice care teams

Qualifications**

Active New Jersey LPN license** (required)

Hospice or end-of-life care experience preferred (not required)

Strong communication and clinical skills

Compassionate, patient-centered approach

Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned counties
