Responsibility Support sales team with customer documentation. Coordinating, guiding, monitoring and motivating the sales team performance. Assist in developing tools and procedures to streamline work processes in a fast-paced environment. Data Analysis- Prepare and analyze Sales Reports for a growing agile sales team.

Compose and prepare correspondence, sales reports, quotations and documents using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Schedule, support and attend sales meetings. General office duties.

Requirements

PowerPoint, Excel, Word (V-look Up) is MUST have. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and follow-through. Ability to rapidly adapt to changing business needs and priorities. Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills
