Residential Support Worker
Job description
The Women’s Residential Support Worker (RSW) provides continuous awake supervision and supportive services to adult women in a residential mental health program. This role helps maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment while supporting residents with daily living skills, safety monitoring, documentation, and program activities.
Evening, weekend, and overnight availability is required
