How the Resort Readiness Ambassador works with the Team: The Resort Readiness team is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of the resort, including resort grounds, restrooms, and parking areas. In addition to providing our guests with directions and resort information upon request. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for guests upon arrival by ensuring the property is clean, safe, organized, and welcoming throughout the day. The Resort Readiness team members take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and helping deliver an exceptional guest experience. Team Member Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and organize work area at all times Empty all waste containers Listen to guests concerns and relay them to management in a timely manner The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
