Senior Project Accountant

The Sr. Project Accountant supports project financial management, contract administration, billing, and collections across the firm. Manage high volume of invoicing while working with Project Accountants, Finance Leaders, and Project Managers to ensure projects are set up appropriately and all invoices sent to the client are accurate & correct.

Mentor and train Project Accountants. Partner with Project Managers on invoicing, collections, forecasting, and unbilled balances. Serve as a key resource resolving billing and project accounting challenges. Leverage Deltek Vantagepoint expertise, contract review, and project accounting to proactively resolve outstanding balances.

Guide, train, & support while serving as a key resource for complex billing issues, contract challenges, & A/R matters.
