Job description
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for patients, collaborating with physicians, healthcare team members, and patients’ families to ensure safe, high-quality care.
Responsibilities include
administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, maintaining accurate documentation, and educating patients and families on health management and disease prevention. The RN practices within the scope of licensure and complies with regulatory, safety, and organizational policies.
