CNC Operator

The CNC Operator is responsible for independently setting up and operating CNC lathes and mills to produce precision components to tight tolerances. Duties include selecting and installing tooling, loading and editing G-code programs, verifying dimensions using precision measuring instruments, and performing first-piece and in-process inspections.

The role requires strong blueprint interpretation skills, experience with Haas controls, and proficiency in machining stainless steel. Candidates must demonstrate a solid understanding of feeds, speeds, offsets, and machine troubleshooting to ensure consistent quality and production efficiency.
