Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tableau.
• Strong skills in data visualization and dashboard creation to support business intelligence needs.
• Experience in integrating Tableau with various data sources and platforms.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights through visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of Tableau workbooks and data extracts.
• Competence in collaborating with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Tableau.
