Pathways to Community (PTC) is a human services provider offering family and residential services to youth and adults with developmental disabilities through Supported Living Services Group Homes, Apartment Living Programs, and Family Services Programs. Our servant-leadership culture was created out of the belief that our employee’s success leads to higher quality of care for our individuals.
