Requirements

Build and cultivate relationships with top technology candidates in the Boston area Develop and maintain strong pipelines across engineering, data, infrastructure, and product roles Partner closely with internal sales leaders to support client hiring needs Manage full-cycle recruiting processes with accountability and attention to detail Contribute to expanding De.
