Key Duties and Responsibilities: Inspections and Diagnostics : Regularly inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify issues or potential hazards. Repairs and Upkeep : Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, painting, flooring, and machinery. Preventive Maintenance : Conduct scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.

Installation and Assembly : Install or replace equipment, appliances, and building components as needed. Documentation : Maintain records of work performed, including maintenance logs, shift reports, and work orders. Safety Compliance : Follow local and state building codes, company safety regulations, and proper use of tools and equipment.

Collaboration : Work with contractors, vendors, and other maintenance staff to complete projects efficiently.
