Your Contribution Factory and production line setup - projects: Is responsible for screening and qualifying suppliers to ensure technical capabilities, engineering and manufacturing capacity and competitive pricing. Production Technology Development: Is responsible to develop and optimize technologies and processes to enable our Consumer electronic and Photonics applications roadmaps, with focus on scalability, Cap.

Ex efficiency, equipment flexibility for multi program usage. Scouting of new production technologies: Is responsible for evaluation of new production technologies with the potential to disruptively improve quality and/or cost of optical components products. Leadership Leads his/her organization in China, defining clear roles and responsibilities, leveraging the strengths of SCHOTT network developing and delivering solutions best in quality and cost.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely within a matrix organization (e.g. Product Management, Strategy, Sales, Operations, NPD/NPI, Purchasing) to align engineering efforts with market needs. Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Your Profile

Master degree in Engineering or Physics > 10 years of experience in production technology development with at least 5 years in leadership positions. Proofen record in managing large-scale and fast-track development projects and teams. Strong understanding of consumer electronics MP-processes, especially in advanced optics.
