• Onsite) W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment A leading digital streaming network seeks a Campaign Trafficking Operations Specialist to support the internal campaign operations team with creative trafficking across global campaigns. Campaign Trafficking Operations Specialist Responsibilities: Maintain a centralized database of creative specs and requirements across vendors and platforms, including social, programmatic, display, and OTT. Build and maintain workback schedules that track creative delivery deadlines against campaign launch dates. Attend campaign and creative release meetings to stay current on upcoming launches and flight dates, and communicate timelines and scheduling changes to the media buying team and internal marketing partners. Ensure creative assets are received in the correct format and on time, and that creative tagging and naming conventions are applied accurately, flagging any tracking or trafficking discrepancies for Supervisor review. Provide basic creative best-practice recommendations based on platform specs. Campaign Trafficking Operations Specialist Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience with creative trafficking or ad operations tools, such as CM360, Flashtalking, or Innovid. Familiarity with creative formats and specs across platforms, including display, video, native, and social. Clear communication with planning/buying teams and creative stakeholders. Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
