What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial and fleet customers. Schedule service appointments and coordinate repair needs. Communicate effectively with customers and technicians throughout the repair process. Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships. Help keep local businesses and fleets on the road safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS Must have a valid drivers license with a company acceptable driving record. Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Ability to communicate well orally and in writing with customers, vendors and other contacts. Must be able to add, subtract, multiple and divide.

Must be able to type. Must maintain a professional appearance.

EDUCATION

High School diploma or GED EXPERIENCE 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a Ford dealership preferred. Experience using ADP Dealer Services Software a plus. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The Service Advisor will be exposed to noise, dust, exhaust, and paint fumes and will be required to work in extreme heat and/or cold and rain and be able to walk, stand, and greet customers for at least 8 hours in a shift.
