Service Coordinator

Baths R Us is a rapidly growing bathroom remodeling company, and we're looking for a motivated Service Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong administrative skills, and can confidently manage customer concerns while keeping service operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Manage customer service requests from initial contact through resolution. Schedule and coordinate service technicians. Communicate with customers regarding appointments, updates, and service concerns. Professionally handle and de-escalate challenging customer situations. Prepare service packets, work orders, and necessary documentation.

Order materials and coordinate supplies for service appointments. Maintain accurate records and update job statuses in our CRM system. Follow up on open service requests to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills. Excellent customer service and de-escalation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues. Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Previous experience in scheduling, service coordination, or home improvement is a plus.
