We are in need of a Building Maintenance Technician for our multiple locations. Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Building Maintenance Technician will own the job duties listed below: Responsibilities Ability to use a variety of tools in different weather conditions Efficiently and safely operate electric and gas-powered hand tools Ability to solve problems Drive a company vehicle safely between locations Requirements Plumbing experience preferred Light electrical repair experience Experience as a well-rounded handyman is a plus Proficient in use of smart devices and computers Valid driver’s license OSHA compliance awareness Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Detail-Oriented Great work ethic Mechanical ability Common sense Decision making Able to work with a team and individually Excellent communication skills Benefits Competitive Compensation Plans Medical, Dental & Vision Optional Life & Disability Insurance 401k with Company Match Employee Discount Program PTO & Holiday Pay Growth and Advancement Opportunities Continuous Training and Development Flexible Scheduling - no Sundays Annual Award Recognition
