SALMON at Westborough is seeking a compassionate and experienced Social Services Director to lead the Social Services department in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Serving residents across short-term, long-term, and rehab levels of care, this leadership role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of social services while ensuring compliance with Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH), OBRA, and facility regulations.
