The RHA is responsible for assisting in patient services including, but not limited to, patient relations, appointment scheduling, cash handling, lab, and patient education. The Reproductive Health Assistant will have the ability to work at the Front Desk, as a Patient Educator, in phlebotomy, and assisting with medical care.
