What You'll Do as a Brand Ambassador:

• Generate leads and schedule qualified appointments at various events, such astrade shows, county fairs, neighborhood markets, and retail locations
• Engage activelywith potential clients, understand their flooring needs, inform them about our product offerings, address concerns and objections, andschedule appointments for free in-home consultations
• Track and improve number & quality of appointments set
• Achieve and surpass appointment setting goals during each shift
• Attend team meetings to enhance your skills as a field marketing professional
• Set up and dismantle event booths as required

What We're Looking for in a Brand Ambassador:

• A people person who enjoys initiating conversations and meeting new individuals
• High energyandstrong face-to-face communication skills are a must!
• Motivated to pioneer the Express Flooring brand in new territory!
• Must be available to work weekends
• Ability to stand for 4-6 hours at a time
• Reliable transportation
• A confident team player who can work independently
• Preferred, but not required: 1+ years of sales, customer service, or marketing experience
