Aladdin Temp-Rite is seeking career-minded professionals with an understanding of the maintenance of manufacturing process equipment to join their team as an Induction Equipment Service Technician in our Hendersonville, TN facility.

Position Summary

The Induction Equipment Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, rebuilding, calibrating, and maintaining induction heating equipment and related foodservice products. This position requires strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting skills and the ability to restore equipment to proper operating condition.

The technician works with AC/DC electrical systems, control circuits, diagnostic equipment, and mechanical assemblies while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards. Work Performed Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on induction heating and foodservice equipment. Troubleshoot production equipment and identify root causes of equipment failures.

Assemble, construct, rebuild, modify, revise, and calibrate standard and custom-manufactured equipment. Perform testing, inspection, and verification of equipment functionality using appropriate diagnostic and test instruments. Analyze and document test results and maintenance activities. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical instructions.

Utilize hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and machine tools to assemble and disassemble equipment. Construct and assemble activators, carts, and other light assembly products as required. Assist in training employees on the operation, maintenance, and repair of new, modified, or existing equipment. Maintain compliance with company quality standards and applicable national, state, and local codes.

Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required. Electrical trade school certification or equivalent technical training and experience. Approximately five (5) years of related electrical, electronics, equipment service, or maintenance experience. Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems, including AC and DC circuits.

Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment and understand electrical control logic. Proficient in the use of electrical testing and diagnostic equipment. Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and enterprise software systems such as JDE a plus.
