Become a Key Player as an Assembler

• Shift 2 You will assemble and test mechanical products to meet customer quality and on-time delivery goals, supporting production and quality teams on-site during the evening shift. This role requires training on first shift for approximately two months before moving to the 2nd shift (3:30pm–12:00am, Mon–Fri); work model: Onsite. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Accurately and efficiently assemble and test products to meet customer and industry standards. Use hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, assembly fixtures, and inspection measurement equipment. Record test results and document assembly data per instructions and quality directives. Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, service bulletins, and customer requirements. Perform touch-up or full surface painting and part cleaning as required. Participate in lean initiatives and suggest improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. Maintain a foreign object damage (FOD) free work area and follow safety procedures. Ensure equipment is calibrated according to the calibration schedule. Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Hands-on experience as a mechanical assembler or in a similar production/assembly role. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions. Comfortable using hand and power tools, torque tools, and inspection/measurement instruments for precision work. Experience following SOPs, build travelers, or work instructions and documenting results. Comfortable standing for most of the shift and able to lift up to 25 lbs. Willingness to train on 1st shift for at least two months and then transition to 2nd shift; open to overtime or weekend shifts if needed. High school diploma or equivalent. Here's What Else Might Help You Out Experience in ISO-certified or regulated environments (aerospace, medical devices, etc.). Exposure to LEAN manufacturing practices.
