We're looking for a warm, organised and customer-focused Village Receptionist to join our team on a fixed-term part-time basis , up to 17 April 2027 and help create an exceptional experience for our residents and visitors. As the first point of contact for the village, you'll play an important role in ensuring our community runs smoothly while supporting the Village Manager across a variety of administrative, operational and resident engagement activities.

Shifts 22.5 hours per week. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm What You'll Be Doing No two days are the same at Buderim Gardens. You will: Provide a welcoming and professional first impression for residents, visitors and contractors Manage reception and respond to phone, email and walk-in enquiries Support the Village Manager with day-to-day administration and operational tasks Maintain accurate records and assist with invoicing, purchase orders and data management Create engaging resident communications, newsletters and village updates Assist with planning and coordinating resident events, activities and celebrations Coordinate contractor inductions and support workplace health and safety requirements Contribute ideas that enhance resident engagement and community connection Provide general operational and resident support as required About You You're someone who enjoys helping others and taking pride in delivering exceptional service.

You are organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a positive and approachable attitude. To be successful in this role, you'll bring: Previous administration and customer service experience Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel Confidence learning new systems and technology Excellent written and verbal communication skills A friendly, professional and approachable manner Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills A proactive mindset with a genuine willingness to learn Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Current Australian Driver's Licence Experience with finance systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous, but training will be provided.
