Manager of Operations Travel Requirements: Based on Business needs 7-10% FLSA Status: Non- Exempt Shift: Graveyard Employment Category: Full Time Pay Range: $24.45/Hr. to $34.80/Hr. Onsite Position Bronco Wine Company founded in 1973, our family-owned company strives to continue and improve upon being vertically integrated, from the vineyard to the table, focusing on crafting quality wines for every table.

JOB STATEMENT: Oversee the cellar operation, serve as back-up to the Supervisor in a leadership capacity, and coordinate general layout and organization of the cellar department.
Essential Duties
Carry out direct orders from Cellar Supervisors, Cellar Manager, and Lead III Directly supervise a cellar crew of 5 or more persons Work with shift supervisor to over-see the proper operation of cellar Procedures / Equipment Oversee Crush Areas and or Cellar areas consisting of line-ups, sanitations and various processing equipment There are many different Lead Positions and Standard Operating Procedures, and it will be mandatory to learn at least 1/3 rd of these Positions and procedures.
Plus, everchanging as the company grows. Must successfully pass an exam on each Area/Procedure when training is deemed sufficient by a supervisor. Must participate in training and become a member of the Company’s Emergency Rescue Team and participate in all other trainings, safety-related or otherwise as directed Must be able to work any shift, weekends and overtime as needed Approve starting gauges and release process orders in the absence of a Cellar Supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education/Experience: Preferably Qualified as a Racker & Blender and or Operator I, II, III is desired Must have above average attendance. Must have demonstrated good performance, attitude and behavior Must pass an assessment quiz to be qualified in this area. Once completed with all required tests it will be evaluated with the possibility to move up to the next level.
Knowledge of: Safety rules and safe work habits Cellar procedures and policies Barrel GWW and Lift Truck Operator tasks Leadership Ability to: Walk out and approve job line-ups Properly train R&B and or Operator’s PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Lift up to 75 lbs. Frequent forward reach Frequent walking/sitting WORK ENVIRONMENT: Moving machinery High noise level Indoor / Outdoor climate PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: Side shield safety glasses, safety vest, head/ear protection and proper footwear/PPE when in production facility HOURS AND WORKDAYS 10:00 p.
m. - 6:30 a.m. Monday through Friday, weekends and holiday may be mandatory based on business needs.
