Why This Role Rocks As our Managing DVM, you’ll be more than a clinician—you’ll be a mentor, a motivator, and a visionary leader. You’ll: Provide medical and non-medical leadership for the practice. Support and guide associate veterinarians. Ensure compliance while upholding the highest standards of veterinary ethics.

What We’re Looking For Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited AVMA program. Active (or eligible) Wisconsin license, plus DEA/BNDD eligibility.

Excellent communicator with strong leadership and collaboration skills. At least 1 year of veterinary experience (leadership experience a plus!)
