Mechanical Design Engineering Intern

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Use analytical skills, reasoning, and engineering judgment to develop new and innovative products and technologies Design components including injection molded plastics, die and investment castings, stampings, machined parts, etc. Collaborate with global, cross-functional project teams to ensure new designs meet internal requirements and industry standards Support prototype construction, laboratory testing, and agency testing during the product design cycle Apply sound engineering practices to solve quality issues Provide continuation engineering support for existing products Interact with software, electrical, manufacturing, marketing, supply chain, sales, and customers on technical matters Identify and implement product and process cost reductions and improvements Who You Are: You identify and seize new opportunities.

You convert ideas into actions and produce results with new initiatives. You solicit both input and discussion. You collaborate well by making new connections and building relationships in other areas and teams. For This Role, You Will Need: Pursuing a bachelor’s in engineering Zero (0) years of related experience Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person Legal authorization to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: GPA of 3.
