Senior Talent Sourcer (Temporary Assignment)

The Talent Sourcer plays a key role in connecting the organization with exceptional talent by proactively identifying, engaging, and developing strong candidate pipelines. This position supports business hiring goals by sourcing, screening, and attracting passive candidates through a variety of channels. The Talent Sourcer partners closely with Recruiters and business stakeholders to execute innovative sourcing strategies, build meaningful candidate relationships, and deliver qualified talent to meet current and future workforce needs.

Note: This role is based out of the Brooklyn, OH office, with an expectation of working onsite 3 designated in‑office days each week (Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday).
